"Stepping inside Debra's studio is rather like arriving home, artistically speaking. Her warmth and personality really welcomes you, and visually, to anyone who loves colour, her workplace is mouth-wateringly appetising - a feast for the eyes. I'd already done a little bit of felting, but I could see that complete newcomers to it would be equally at home there, as Debra's teaching method is relaxed and encouraging - ideal for 'virgin' felters. She provides the most fabulous selection of wools, silks, and other embellishments to work with and has lots of books for extra inspiration if needed. And of course, some of her own work is there, showing what one might achievewith a little imagination and flair." - Alison Holburn
